WOMBWELL 5 RESULTS

The Wombwell 5 is an annual 5 mile road race organised by Wombwell Sporting AC. The race attracts around 200 runners each year from the more serious runner to the general keep fit runner. Everyone is welcome to come and try this race. The route takes you from the Wombwell Recreation Ground and takes in the sights and sounds of Darfield and that dreaded Snape Hill. Alongside the 5 mile road race there is also a 1 mile fun run for the younger athletes or anyone that doesnt feel up to the full 5 mile!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Health & Safety regulations, runners will not be allowed to wear headphones during the race.
