The Wombwell 5 is an annual 5 mile road race organised by Wombwell Sporting AC. The race attracts over 200 runners each year from the more serious runner
to the general keep fit runner. Everyone is welcome to come and try this race. The route takes you from the Wombwell Recreation Ground and takes in the sights and sounds
of Darfield and that dreaded Snape Hill. All results of this race will in time be typed up and placed in the Archive in the Results section.
Alongside the 5 mile road race there is also a 1 mile fun run for the younger athletes or anyone that doesnt feel up to the full 5 mile!
PREVIOUS RESULTS:
The older results are in a bit of a mess so they will be worked on over time and placed on when each one is completed.
